Return Policy Overview

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Wholesale Orders: Due to the nature of food and beverage products, opened or partially used items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at info@msmretailllc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Include your RMA number.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used food and beverage products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage to info@msmretailllc.com along with your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
